For iPhone · Android planned

Just say it. Forge tracks it.

  • “2 eggs and toast”
  • “ran 5k in 30 min”
  • “87.5 kg this morning”
  • “500 ml of water”
  • “slept 7 hours”

Meals, workouts, weight, water and sleep in one app. Type it like a text, check the draft, done.

Connect ChatGPT or Claude and turn it into a personal coach that knows what you actually ate and trained.

Setup

Set up in one message, not a long quiz

Most fitness apps start with page after page of questions. Forge asks in one chat: say who you are and what you want, check the profile it builds, pick your pace. You’re logging in about a minute.

  1. Forge onboarding chat: the prompt to describe yourself, and the reply “I’m Alex, 34, male, 6 ft, 220 lbs. Want to get down to 183 lbs, I work out 3 times a week”
    1

    Say it

One message: age, height, weight, goal and how often you train.

  2. Forge builds the profile from that one message: age, sex, height, current weight, goal weight and activity level, each with an edit button
    2

    Check it

Forge fills in your profile and asks only for what’s missing. Fix anything with a tap.

  3. Choose your pace: Modest or Comfort, each with its daily calorie target
    3

    Pick a pace

Choose how fast to go, and Forge sets your daily calories.

Change any of it later in your profile.

How Forge works

Forge is an iPhone app for logging meals, workouts, weight, water and sleep in plain language. It turns what you type into a draft you confirm, keeps your history, and lets ChatGPT or Claude read it so they can answer questions about your own data.

One meal, start to finish.

  1. Forge chat: the message “an apple and a handful of almonds” drafted as 269 kcal, with Confirm, Edit and Discard
    1

    Type it

Write what you ate the way you would say it. Forge drafts the items and calories.

  2. The same Forge entry after Confirm, marked Saved, 269 kcal
    2

    Confirm it

Check the draft, then confirm, edit or discard. Nothing from the chat is logged until you confirm.

  3. Forge dashboard for the day: 1,041 kcal in, 810 burned, 231 net, weight 87.5 kg
    3

    See it

Your day updates straight away: calories in, burned, net and weight.

ChatGPT · Claude

Turn your AI into a coach that knows your numbers

Your totals show what happened. Your AI helps you see why.

Connect Forge to ChatGPT or Claude. Your assistant reads what you ate, how you trained and how your weight changed, and answers questions about it. It can also log for you: whatever it creates arrives in Forge as a draft you approve.

  • Included in the plan
  • Reads your meals, workouts, weight, water, sleep and goals
  • Logs only as drafts. You approve them in Forge.
  • Drafts use your assistant’s estimates. Check them before you approve.
  • Ask in your own language
  • “Check Forge: what’s left for today?”
  • “What did I lift last time?”
  • “Give me a weekly review”
  • “Where do my extra calories come from?”
  • “Am I eating enough protein?”
  • “What should I change next week?”

Tip: start with “Check Forge” so your assistant reads your data instead of guessing.

You

It’s Day A. What did I lift last time?

Assistant, reading your Forge data

From Forge, your last Day A: lat pulldown 45 kg, 3 sets of 10. Leg press 70 kg, 3 sets of 12. Seated row 45 kg, 3 sets of 10. On the pulldown, stay at 45 kg until you get two more reps, then go up.

Examples of questions an assistant can answer from your Forge data. The answers come from ChatGPT or Claude, not from Forge, and are not medical advice.

Long chats forget. Forge doesn’t.

Chats get deleted, split up and misremembered. Forge keeps the record.

  • Every approved entry is stored in Forge
  • Food and training in one record, not two chats
  • Start a new chat any time. Your data is still there.
  • Switch between ChatGPT and Claude. Same history.

One app instead of two

Most people track food in one app and workouts in another. Forge does both, plus weight, water and sleep, so calories in and calories burned sit on the same screen.

  • Meals
  • Workouts
  • Weight
  • Water
  • Sleep

What else it does

Built for the thirty seconds you actually have.

Photo, label and barcode

Snap the plate, the nutrition label or the barcode. Forge reads it and drafts the entry.

Food database first

Items are matched to USDA and curated food data where possible. When there is no match, Forge estimates and labels the item as an estimate.

Workouts in one line

“Ran 5k in 30 minutes” logs duration, distance and an estimate of calories burned.

Knows when you mean

“Yesterday I had pasta” and “at 2pm” are understood and dated for you.

Also: water and sleep logging, reminders, meal planning, metric or US units, light and dark mode.

Progress that adds up

Built from what you log. No spreadsheets.

Forge Progress, Fitness: weekly workout summary and recent personal records

Every set, every record

Weekly sessions, minutes and calories, with personal records picked up from your workouts.

Forge Progress, Nutrition: daily calorie intake against the limit and average macros per day

Your averages, not just your last meal

Daily intake against your limit and average protein, carbs and fat.
